Breaking news, 09 Sep 2008, Singapore- Singapore Airlines and its regional wing Silkair have announced reductions on fuel surcharges on most of its flights amid easing crude prices.
Cuts ranging from $4 to $10 will take effect from September 11 from SIA flights from Singapore to South-East Asian countries, New Zealand and other East Asian destinations, including Australia.
Flights from Singapore to South Asia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, between Dubai and Istanbul, the Dubai-Moscow route and the Bangkok-Tokyo service are also covered by reduced fuel surcharge.
Silkair is also passing about the same amount of cuts for all of its flights.
